Terms of Use

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the conditions for using the application "Goen Network" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by the Developer of the application (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). These Terms apply to all users who use the App. Users are required to read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Agreement to Terms

Users must use the App in accordance with these Terms, and may not use the App unless they agree to these Terms. In the event that separate agreements or additional documents distributed, posted, or provided by the Developer (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Individual Terms") exist in relation to the App, the contents of such Individual Terms shall constitute part of these Terms for the relevant users. Unless otherwise provided in the Individual Terms, the usage agreement for the App (hereinafter referred to as "Usage Agreement") shall be established between the user and the Developer at the time the user completes the registration process after agreeing to these Terms.

2. Changes to the Terms

The Developer reserves the right to change or add to the content of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise specified, the revised Terms shall become effective at the time they are made available for viewing within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes to these Terms, users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the latest version of these Terms.

3. Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

"User": Any individual who completes the registration process as specified by the Developer to use the App.
"Content": Any information accessible through the App, including text, images, videos, audio, software, and other data.

4. User Registration

Users who wish to use the App must agree to these Terms and provide the necessary information specified by the Developer. The Developer may refuse registration or restrict use if:

The user is a minor, adult ward, or under curatorship without proper consent from a legal representative.
False or incomplete information is provided during registration.
The user has violated the Terms or other agreements with the Developer in the past.

5. Use by Minors

Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before registering or using the App. Upon reaching adulthood, users are deemed to have ratified all actions taken while using the App during their minority.

6. Use of the App

Users may only use the App for personal purposes and must not replicate, modify, or exploit the App or its content beyond the intended scope of use specified by the Developer.

7. Fees

The Developer may charge fees for the use of specific services or content within the App. The Developer reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to the Developer or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive right to use the App within the specified scope but may not transfer, sublicense, or exploit such rights.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Actions that may disrupt the proper operation of the App.
Reverse engineering, hacking, or unauthorized access to the App.
Actions that infringe upon the rights of the Developer, other users, or third parties.

10. Account Management

Users are responsible for managing their accounts and must not share or transfer their account information. The Developer is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of a user’s account.

11. Privacy

The Developer will handle user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

12. Termination of Use

Users may terminate their use of the App at any time by deleting their accounts. The Developer may delete user accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

By using "Goen Network," users agree to these Terms.
